“No one should have to walk this road alone.”

Welcome to the Autoimmune Empowerment Journey!

I’m thrilled to have you here and excited to guide you on this transformative path toward better health and well-being.

I’m a Resilience Life Coach living with Ankylosing Spondylitis, and I specialise in supporting women with autoimmune conditions. After years of pain, uncertainty, and spinal surgery, I chose not to let my diagnosis define me but instead, I reclaimed my power and turned my experience into purpose.

Through my coaching program, Empowered Pathways, I offer practical tools, compassionate support, and mindset strategies to help you navigate chronic illness with more ease, clarity, and confidence.

This journey isn’t about quick fixes, it’s about finding strength in your story and creating a life that feels aligned, joyful, and empowered.

I’m here to walk alongside you.

My Personal Journey

Having lived with Ankylosing Spondylitis for over 30 years, I understand the daily challenges and frustrations that come with managing an autoimmune condition. From severe pain and stiffness to undergoing spinal fusion and spinal cord stimulator surgery, my journey has been filled with obstacles.

But through resilience, education, and a holistic approach, I’ve managed to reclaim my health and vitality. I know the courage it takes to ask for help and the strength it requires to keep moving forward. And I’m here to walk alongside you every step of the way.

When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me enjoying time with my family, exploring nature, or savoring a peaceful moment with a good book. Life may not be without its challenges, but it is still beautiful and I’m passionate about helping you experience that beauty too.
